After 11 years since receiving a cease and desist letter from the city of Nashville, aka Music City, Lij Shaw and co-plaintiff Pat Raynor have finally won the lawsuit to protect the rights of home businesses in Davidson County, proving that not all songs have to be three minutes and thirty seconds long to be a hit!
